The South Central Kentucky AHEC offers a pharmacy technician training course each spring.  We currently offer the course at Western Kentucky University and Campbellsville University.  The course meets one night per week for 12 weeks.  This is NOT a course for university credit.  The course is taught by a pharmacist and is designed to prepare pharmacy technicians, who are not certified, to take the national certification exam.
