A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) has an ongoing relationship with patients in various stages of health illness continuum and growth and development. Basic to nursing are knowledge of the patient as a person, factors contributing to health and illness, ability to use problem solving techniques, and to perform nursing skills.
