This is a short-term program is an integral part of the Medical Assisting Program. The curriculum consists of classroom study in radiography, math and science, as well as actual laboratory experience in a clinical setting. The skills and knowledge necessary to assist a radiologist in the use of x-ray and other radiation sources in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases are the core of this program. Graduates are prepared to take the American Registry of Radiologic Technology Examination in radiography.
